Vaccine Restart Promotion 

Terms and Conditions 

  1. These T&Cs apply to the "Vaccine Restart" offer (the "Promotion").  

The Promotion 

  1. The Promotion offers IVC clients the opportunity to purchase a vaccine course (first and second vaccines only) for their horse at their IVC registered vet practice, for a reduced price of £79 (“Offer Price”) during the Promotion Period.  

  1. This Promotion begins on 13/04/2026 at 00.01 and ends on 08/06/2026 at 23.59 (the “Promotion Period”).  

Availability and eligibility 

  1. The Promotion is only available at participating IVC vet practices. Not all IVC vet Practices will participate in the Promotion. Please ask in clinic for details.  

  1. The Promotion and Offer Price is only available to you at the IVC vet practice at which your horse is registered.  

  1. For those who are not currently an IVC client, the Promotion can be redeemed by registering your horse with one of the participating practices and booking your horse’s vaccination appointment within the Promotion Period.  

  1. This Promotion only applies to horses over the age of 1 year old, who are healthy. Vet will perform physical examination and discuss horses’ health with you. If for any reason vet considers it is not clinically appropriate to vaccinate at the time of the appointment, they will advise you of this and the Promotion will not apply.  

What’s included and not included? 

The Promotion includes the full vaccine course as follows: first and second dose for flu and tetanus only.   

The Promotion excludes any other equine vaccinations. 

Redeeming the Promotion and booking appointments 

  1. To qualify for this Promotion, the first vaccination appointment must be booked on or before Sunday 31 May 2026 and the appointment for such vaccination must take place no later than Tuesday 30 June 2026. Any first-dose appointments scheduled to occur after Tuesday 30 June 2026 will not be eligible for the Promotion.  

  1. Appointments can be made by telephoning the practice directly and booking an appointment.  

  1. The second vaccine dose appointment must take place within the time period advised by the vet (typically within 4 weeks after the first vaccination, subject to the vet’s discretion). If your horse does not receive the second dose of the vaccination within the recommended period, they may not receive the full vaccine protection and may be required to restart the full vaccination course. The cost of any additional vaccinations or restart of the vaccination course is not included in the Promotion and will be charged at the clinic’s standard rates at the time of the vaccination appointment for the full vaccine course.  

  1. The Promotion is subject to appointment availability. Practices may extend the deadline for first and second appointments to take place if necessary to accommodate demand for Promotion appointments or to meet other clinic scheduling demands. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments.  

Other important information 

  1. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or staff discounts.  

  1. The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  

  1. Any attempt to sell or transfer the offer will make it void.  

  1. We may withdraw or amend the Promotion and these terms at any time, with reasonable notice, or without notice if required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control.  

  1. We accept no liability for losses resulting from cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion, provided we comply with these terms.  

  1. If any one or more of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.  

  1. If you live in England or Wales, these terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you may choose to bring proceedings in either Scottish or English courts.  

  1. All services are provided in accordance with the IVC Terms of Sale for Veterinary Services available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.  

  1. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.
