With all veterinary surgeons and nurses on one site there are veterinary and nurse appointments available throughout most of the day and late evening appointments available on Mondays and Thursdays until 7pm.

If there is a particular veterinary surgeon you would like to see please do inform the receptionist when you make an appointment. It is often preferable to see the same vet with an ongoing problem for improved continuity for you and us.

We are proud to provide a 24 hour emergency service 365 days a year run by our own vets. Therefore in an emergency you will see a familiar face in your own practice and will not be asked to travel a distance to another emergency service provider who would probably not have access to your pet's clinical notes. We are the only practice in Ely to provide our own emergency service.
